Potato Salad with Head Waiter Sauce
For this summery potato salad it's prefered to use new season potatoes.
Ingredienser (4 port)
- 1 kg new season potatoes
- 1 st red onion
- 1 cup sour creme
- 1⁄4 cup head waiter sauce
- 1⁄2 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Rinse and clean the potatoes before you boil them. Leave to cool. Cut the potatoes into chunks. Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix the onion, sour cream, head waiter sauce and dill. Season with salt. Add the potatoes. Garnish with dill.
